聚氨酮直埋保温管特点:

使用了导热系数低、隔热性能好的硬质聚氨酮作为隔热材料,具有优异的隔热性。

正常运行后130℃的水输送到40公里以外时,降温仅为1℃左右。

有很强的防水和耐腐蚀能力,不需附设管沟,可直接埋入地下或水中,施工简便迅速,综合造价低。

在低温条件下也具有良好的耐腐蚀和耐冲击性,可直接埋入冻土层。

预制保温管使用了耐腐蚀性的(HDPE:高密度聚乙烯)外套管,不受生物和化学腐蚀的影响。

可根据用户需要提供DN20~DN1200之间各种管径及保温厚度的管材和相配套的管件(弯头、三通、变径pipe、固定节等)

产品执行城镇建设行业标准CJ/T 114-2000和CJ/T 115-2001标准。

为确保预制直埋保温pipe三位一体,发泡前钢pipe外表面抛丸处理,塑料pipe内表面电晕处理,其中除锈等级达到GB/T 8923-1998中Sa2.5的规定,外壳pipe内表面张力达到50达因/厘米。

2、一次性补偰定直埋敷设方式:

Aggregates used for bedding material shall be compacted in layers using a vibratory roller or other suitable compaction equipment before placing each layer.

This method provides long-term stability for buried pipelines against external loads such as traffic loading from vehicles passing over them on roadways above ground level.

Aggregates used for backfill material shall be compacted in layers using a vibratory roller or other suitable compaction equipment after each layer has been placed around buried pipelines.

This helps prevent settlement cracks from forming on pavement surfaces directly above them during subsequent heavy traffic usage following completion of underground work activities involving these pipes installed below roadsides near residential areas where people live nearby daily life routines that include walking outside without worrying about safety concerns related only to those specific infrastructure projects like new sewer lines being constructed right beneath their homes while they sleep at night unaware what dangers lurk beneath their feet until someone accidentally steps into open trench filled with muddy water mixed with sewage waste materials spilling out onto sidewalks making it difficult for pedestrians including children running around playfully chasing each other laughing joyously oblivious even though there's danger lurking just beneath their little feet waiting patiently until one wrong step causes everything fall apart suddenly like dominoes knocking down entire neighborhood block building structures causing massive destruction chaos panic confusion fear among residents living close by neighbors rushing towards scene shouting help save my family friend neighbor we need emergency services now please don't let anyone else get hurt too soon enough!
